Therefore, we have adopted a series of strict quality management measures to ensure that our products and services always meet the highest standards. We also continuously improve our quality management level through regular internal training and external certification. Our employees have received professional training to ensure that they are aware of the latest quality management standards and best practices.

Quality management system certification
Since the establishment of our company, we have actively promoted the practice of quality management system and successfully passed the certification of ISO9001:2015 quality management system.
Based on the industry we serve, we conduct strict inspections on the quality and environmental systems and service systems of our supply chain partners, such as IATF16949, AS9100, ISO14001, and EMAS, to ensure confidence in the quality of all products supplied and to ensure that the supplied products meet the requirements of design and production, as well as the requirements of environmental policies, in order to fully meet customer expectations.
Quality assurance
Supplier Review
Our suppliers are required to undergo admission reviews and regular assessments of their quality, delivery, and service capabilities. This is to ensure that each supplier meets the quality system requirements and to prevent any potential supply chain risks.
Product Compliance Review
According to the customer's product quality control requirements, each item in PSW and PPAP will be carefully reviewed to ensure that the product meets the requirements of the control plan. We will also submit relevant compliance documents to the customer, including quality assurance and compliance reports such as PPAP, PSW, ROHS, and REACH.
Quality assurance
We manage the key control points of the product through our quality management system and inspect the product using appropriate inspection tools and methods. At the same time, we have established a sample library for reference in incoming inspection.
Product Batch Tracking
Our enterprise resource management system has a comprehensive product batch tracking system, ensuring that each batch of components can be traced and managed upstream and downstream.
After-sales service and complaint management
We utilize our online quality management system to centralize the management of services and quality systems. Customers can directly submit complaints or submit work orders and requests through the service desk. Our service team will promptly handle them in a timely manner.
