If the user refuses to accept the goods, the risk of damage or loss of the goods shall transfer from the agreed delivery date. At the same time, the user shall still fulfill the payment obligation as agreed and bear all losses suffered by Lightway as a result, including but not limited to direct losses, attorney fees, litigation costs, insurance premiums, and reasonable expenses incurred for enforcement of rights. Lightway has the right to take all legal measures in accordance with applicable laws to urge the user to promptly fulfill the relevant obligations.

6. The user guarantees compliance with existing and future export control laws and regulations of the United Nations, China, the United States, the European Union, Singapore, and other countries and regions. The user undertakes to use the products or services provided by Lightway only for purposes permitted by the relevant export control laws and regulations; without the approval of the relevant competent authorities, the user and any other individuals or entities authorized by the user to use Lightway products or services shall not provide controlled products, technologies, software, or services to countries, regions, entities, individuals, etc., prohibited or restricted by the relevant export control laws and regulations through Lightway products or services. In case of violation, Lightway has the right to immediately terminate the cooperation. If such violation causes loss to Lightway, the user shall compensate Lightway for direct and indirect losses, legal fees, and other reasonable costs incurred in protecting its rights.

III. After-Sales Service and Product Quality Assurance:

2. Renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, republishing, compiling, publishing, establishing mirror sites of the website and its related information without authorization; using the website to develop related derivative products, works, services, plugins, add-ons, compatible items, interconnections, etc.

3. Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the normal operation of the website or any activities conducted on the website;

5.
